Inverted reliability pyramid

Reliability pyramid is the idea that we should scale up and build on a strong foundation.

With The Cloud, we see an inverted reliability pyramid, where we shift the responsibility of reliability into higher layers, assuming that the scale out components underneath are going to fail.
